New England Music Camp
Since 1937, the Wiggin family has continued the dream of a summer music camp that was begun by Dr. and Mrs. Paul E. Wiggin. From the beginning of NEMC, we have blended our high-quality and intensive musical education with popular sports and recreational activities on Lake Messalonskee in Sidney, Maine. The tradition of NEMC is one of family. Campers design their own programs to develop their musical talents, recreational abilities, and social skills in a warm, stimulating, and supportive community environment. NEMC is a magical place that has touched and changed the lives of thousands of campers who have attended from across the United States and all corners of the world. The NEMC goal is to help young people find joy in making music, appreciate the splendor of Maine's woodlands and lakes, find contentment, and make friends.

Cape Cod Conservatory Summer Camp
he teaching of music, whether in a group setting or in private instruction, is a core discipline at the Conservatory. Our faculty members are commited to the art of teaching.
We offer instruction in all major instruments - keyboards, strings, brass, winds, percussion, and voice - at both campuses.
Students enrolled in private lessons have the opportunity to participate in workshops and recitals throughout the year. An optional technical evaluation takes place mid-year and a final evaluation is held in the spring. Final recitals and certificates of accomplishment mark the closing of each year.
Average rates for 16 weeks of private instruction:
30-minute lessons: $560
45-minute lessons: $760
60-minute lessons: $1000
The length and frequency of lessons are determined by the teacher and student. Some teachers have higher rates.

Drum Major Academy
You have just entered a special forum where you will meet many people, like you, who SET THE STANDARDS for the future. The leaders of tomorrow are the Drum Majors of today. Those who are part of the DMA program realize they must LEAD themselves to EXCELLENCE, before they can LEAD their band to an exemplary level of performance.
While the majority enrolled are high school students, both college students and even mature middle school students have attended DMA and benefited from the experience.
